 ;D I'm grinnin' big today! ;D

Last night I was on the local gun classifieds website and noticed an NAA Riverboat Gambler Talo special edition about 10 minutes after it was listed. They wanted $450 for it. I jumped on that faster than "Fat Jerry" Nadler on a bacon sandwich!

I sold mine awhile back and now I've repented of it and made restitution. Ah, it feels so good to "have it home again". ;)

I just saw one that had sold for $2050.00 on the Lock Stock & Barrel Investments site. Serial number RB202

I'd say you scored heavy.

Holy crap, really? I've owned most of the earlier Talo editions (mins the Spider) and I think the Riverboat was my favorite. My new one is in the upper 400's, but I'm not complaining. I also don't think I'm reselling soon to reap a profit. This one's a keeper!

BTW, this set was recently inherited when the original owner passed and the new owners didn't really appreciate them like the collector had. She did seem pleased that it was going to someone who did appreciate more. I mean, she did seem conscious of that fact. So we both left the deal happy.

I got my Winchester 101 20 ga skeet gun with gold inlayed engraving jeweled receiver and beautiful wood for $200.00 Haven't seen one for less than $1000.00 it was a retired judge's gun and he had passed away.

TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

That is super nice. I would not want to shoot it because it is so very nice.

I just noticed in a recent gun publication an NAA ad for their 22 short. I don't ever remember them doing an ad for the 22 short but I could be wrong on this.

Guns are a lot like parachutes:

Congrats on a nice find!

Sometimes you get hit by the lucky stick! I was glad I was online when it was posted.

Lady Luck doesn't always smile down on me, but she does it enough to leave me happy.

Thanks!
