Ported Pug or Non-Ported? Tritium Sights or White Dot?

I'm in the market for a new NAA amd have settled on the Pug. Therefore, I'm wondering if the porting makes a noticeable difference on the Pug in terms of muzzle flip? Also, about how many FPS does porting cost a Pug?
I'm also wondering if tritium sights make a noticeable difference versus white dot sights?

Gut shooters in my opinion. Don't need porting or sights. But that's just me. I would buy the standard version.

I'm with 5_shooter.
Standard Pug with standard sights.

Yes to the above. Porting is not needed for the Pug, or any Mini for that matter, even shooting 22 mag. We find the night sights better on the Pug. The contrasting center dot is quicker to pick up and line up in our opinion.

I agree with Rogue.  Porting on these is just for the "cool" factor and not needed.

My preference for Pug sights is the Tritium Night Sight for the same reason. I have both on Pugs and find shooting the one with the night sights just a tad easier/quicker to pick up sight alignment on target. Either one will work with practice. JMHO

Mine has the trituim night sight

I think it?s a nice feature to have

One time in a gun shop I asked how important do you feel it is to have night sights?

He asked me when do you think most defensive shootings happen. At day or night? I decided it wouldn?t hurt to go with the night sights.

PocketMagnum

I have the NAA Wasp magnum and don't think recoil is strong enough to warrant porting. It does look cool, though! After I get the .22 Short version, I'd like to get the Pug with Tritium night sights...

Uncle Fatso

They?re loud enough without porting. Porting will make it worse.
