I have a 12 year old 22 Lr short Barrel failure , Cock hammer trigger wont release the hammer , but lift up on the hammer and you can release it ( too much play in hammer Pivot ) , I bought my 1st Mini ( B Ser ) in 1975 ish and have sent several in for Lifetime Warranty repair without any issue ,however now NAA wants me to have a FFL ship it both way's $ 75.00 each way plus my & there shipping , I'm a lifelong Gunsmith and can without any problem do the repair saving $ 175.00 on a $ 200.00 gun , how many flaming hoop's are they going to make me leap through to simply order the parts , 1 hammer $ 18.00 and 1 screw $ 3.00 ?        Thank's Folks

Lifetime warranty my arse

NAA is under new management.
They came out with all new rules for the forum.
I guess everything is changing with the company.

New Management .............. new rules ................ often spells the sinking of the ship. NAA built the reputation of a Company the buyer could depend on to make and keep things right when it comes to their product. Seems they may be heading in the opposite direction these days. Only time will truly tell.  :'(

Same thing happened with Charter Arms back in the day. Until they were last bought out by the original owners child they had gone bankrupt and built themselves quite the negative reputation. Seems NAA may be trying to do the same thing. :o

so what is the warranty now? 1 year? Do you have to pay shipping both ways from day one? Seecamp went from having the best warranty in the business to the worst warranty when Larry got sick and sold it.

You squeeze the last drop of juice from a lemon and scrape the peeling to make as money on a glass of lemonade as you can.
It doesn't matter what it tastes like. The peeling gives the lemonade a bitter taste in the background that lingers.
Just make those pennies.

They don't realize (I think) that most people that buy a Mini will come back for another or two or three. The loss of customer support will hurt their bottom line and that is why companies are in business.

Oh well, their choice. It may work in favor of NAA. Then again maybe not.

Sounds like a heavily used gun using high powered ammo . Its always good to have extra parts around especially springs . Good luck . ;)  ;)
