Picked up a New ( 100 year old ) H&R "Automatic" in 38 S&W short Unfired , promptly ordered a hard case 2 speedloaders 100 Rd FMJ ammo and a set of Walnut Grips in original pattern from  Numrich Gun Parts , it's not perfect it's been stored improperly causing rust spotting but once cleaned oiled & polished it's pretty Cool

Very nice indeed! I am impressed with your find. I had a H&R 999 back in the day. I shouldn't have let it go. It was fun to shoot.
You may not need it but should have it.

Nice find!  If you reload for her I have good data and links for proper dia bullets. They should be .360 or .361 not .358.   .358 will work but are sloppy. Remember the old break tops should be loaded lighter.

Flyinbiker sorry to say but now you need to save up and find a NAA "Ranger" first series that is to go along side that gorgeous piece of hardware . Your a great picture taker I might add . ;)  ;)  ;)  ;)

OV 10 , I don't see my SSI funding the 1st Ranger I'm not a big collector I own 6 guns , but I do have a Detonics Combat Master
