Do NAA ported barrels make a differnce?

Has anyone here compared ported barrels to non ported in the same models?
I'm thinking maybe there's a difference in the .22 Mag recoil but maybe not so much in .22 Lr.
And what about the tiny Shorty? ::)
That little one can be a rascal with the one finger grip!

  Anvil my thought is that porting is totally useless just a gimmick on these mini's .Just another place to keep clean .  :)

I agree. Porting does nothing valuable. It can also blow hot gasses in your eyes if you have to shoot a gun from a compromised position.

This is all good to know. I never thought about hsving tp cleaning out the ports.

Every gun we shoot should be like new out of the box so to say . Neglect usually leads to mishaps with everything I figure. "WOW" thats pretty profound even by my standards  ,Ha ,Ha ,Ha . TOP OF A GOOD MORNING EVERYONE OUT THERE IN T.V. LAND .............. P.S. I figure I'm about to be kicked off Yahoo news responses "AGAIN" due to my political correctness "NOT" .
