I have a Savage single shot and will never let it go. I once had a Ruger 10/22 and didn't think it was as much fun shooting as a bolt action. My daughter shoots a pump action gallery gun and loves it!
What is your preference?
You may not need it but should have it.

Tough call. I am almost 50/50 bolt action vs single shot. I dont own a single shot right now so I went with bolt action. BUT, if we could get NAA to make a single shot, then I would certainly be changing my answer.
