Hog Leg Small-of-Back" Style Leather Holster

I don't think I've posted one of these before. The "Small-of-Back" Holster for the Hog Leg is an unusual request, I've only made a few of them.

The shape is ugly "unique" and appears to have a bizarre angle when you first look at it. However, when the rig is worn properly behind you at the lower portion of your back, the reason for the strange angle becomes apparent. (the angle allows for a smooth draw reaching behind yourself)

Has anyone here carried this way?

I know there are quite a few "experts" who say, "No Way," "You can break your back if you fall," and "You muzzle everyone around you when you draw." This is my favorite...

Rick thats one beautiful holster but to be honest and I'm always guilty of this but those grips just gotta go , sorry my apologies and sympathies , HA ,HA . You always say be honest RIGHT .  :-X  :-X  :-X  :-X  :-X  :-X  :-X  :-X  ;)  ;)

  But Unc that holster needs to be black leather with blue stitching to go with those grips . Besides I've never been a big fan of those oversized looking things anyhow . I'm bad I know , sorry.  ;)  ;)  ;)

Everyone should realize, but the armchair warriors seem not to, that in a gunfight people are going to get muzzled. One should try and minimize it but when one is running around with a firearm in a gunfight, others are going to be running around, probably screaming or videoing, and they are going to get muzzled by those fighting as they seek cover or take their shots.

OV, Please! Just lie to me! Your criticism of my choice of grips has ruined my day  :o lol!

I'm kidding! The "traditional" grips are just too small for me to successfully group multiple shots in a short time.  The first shot is fine, but readjusting after every shot takes too much time and effort.

This is strictly from the view of "concealed carry" and using this for self-protection.

If it was only a "looker" safe queen then the traditional style grips would be a better choice. Most of my guns are "shooters" so I practice with them for that use. 

I do have a few that remain with their original grips that Uncle Lee has entrusted to me to cherish; those remain original and unfired. (Ranger 1's and Newbury Park Shorts)  ;)

I was able to stop crying, but it took a while for the "puffiness" around my eyes to go down so I could see well enough to open one of the gun safes to get these out. I feel the need to pick at your pain  :o  I mean, did yours look like these two? #134 & #135 Ranger 1's  Just wondering  ;D

My bank account has not been as exciting to look at as my stock portfolio!! Wow! It's been a good year (so far) ;)

  First off Unc_Lee shame on you . ;)  Second off Rick all mine were "NOT" consecutive numbered , didn't have the option only learned about them after being on the market for months on months dang it . I have so many expensive hobbies I was in between interests back then ..................... Your still a cad ,  ;) Go take the day off and count your shillings "IN THE DARK" ,Ha ,Ha . I feel your pain about the expensive hobbies. I have a couple now (Guns & Nice Tools)  a few years ago I stopped the costly ones (Showing Reining Horses, chasing women)  :o
I know, I'm still a cad. Thank you for that  ;)
And I haven't looked at any financial accounts since this morning! See! I'm cured! lol!
As for being related to Scrooge... lol! No way! Not after adding up the money I have spent in my life time! 8) 
I'll be making Holsters for these little guns until I'm dead!  ???

I could not let my children go to just any empty bed.
