CCI Gamepoint ammunition

Supposedly a controlled expansion round.  Anyone tried these in a mini?  Thoughts?  

   

   To me they strike me as a promising compromise between FMJ and hollowpoint.  I doubt it would actually expand much at the velocities we are talking, but I say that about HP too.
