Cali Wasp???

So does anybody know what the deal is with their only being one NAA on the CALI approved list??  Just went down to the local shop to order a wasp and was told that their is only one NAA on the legal list for Cali..

NAA doesnt want to deal with the whole process of getting the guns on the approved list. I read that the one gun that is on the list wont be renewed by NAA either.

   Hopefully the whole list will be thrown out soon in california via a lawsuit in federal court

There is a provision in the Kalifornia law that exempts single action revolvers over a certain minimum lenth from needing to be on the list.  

   The Earl & some other NAA revolvers qualify under that exemption.

Hey thanks Theysay!!  I found that exemption clause and it does allow for the Earl!!  I hadn't planned on getting an Earl but I just might have to do that instead......
