I have not taken the time to participate in discussions for some time, however,
this event deserves passing along, as a reminder of the great treatment we get from NAA.
Last year, I sent a Mini-Mag out to get it blued. (Black, actually).
It's hard to do with stainless, but I was willing to take a chance.  You know; my gun, my preferences.
Never been comfortable with stainless, nicle, or chrome.  New process, worth a try.
When the MM came back, it wasn't perfect, but it was good for me.  The blue-ing procedure
gummed up the cylinder pin, and in the process of freeing it up, the detent ball went into orbit,
where I assume it still is.
When I called NAA to order a new pin, they offered to replace it for NOTHING!  No Charge!
My fault, my foul, and my cost.  Still, what a way to treat your customers!
My thanks to NAA for the offer.  It's a pleasure to deal with such people.

Agreed.  My interactions with NAA Customer Service have been stellar.
Not here for a long time, here for a good time!

Just to put icing on the cake, when I checked my mail, there was an
envelope from NAA with the new pin.  It's installed, and today I'll take the
Mini-Mag to the range.  Always fun, and a good excuse to send some rounds
downrange.

I to have had great service even though i have not got my revolver yet. I couldnt get answer on my custom sn. so i called naa and the lady i talked to told me that they where sorry to inform me that there not taking custom orders until around june. the reason was that machine was down and the couldnt get the part until may. she also told me that the where back logged with orders they needed to get caught up on. so i had to tell my dealer this and this is what they said to me "that must be why they havent called us back." go figure it took the buyer to find out the answers after waiting 2 months. I love this company and i yet to own any of there firearms.

Those of us who have children, know how (Sorry Ladies  ::)) pregnant women can be. You would not know Jessica is 8 1/2 months pregnant. She is still as nice and helpful as ever even, with the whining she gets from us!!

And, I do include me in that "us"!
Guns are a lot like parachutes:

"If you need one and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again"

heyjoe

i never figured you for a whiner Grayelky
It's too bad that our friends cant be here with us today

Tocsn--
10,000 rounds through a mini before the front sight fell of. I am impressed! Not because the front sight lasted 10,000 rounds, but because you shot a mini 10,000 rounds. Carry on!!!

Not sure just when I got my first Mini, but I was mowing the lawn when a delivery person approached
to see if I was the owner, and presented me with a package from NAA.  Like the rest of the crew here, my Mini has been to a LOT of places.  Looks as good now as when I got it.
Guess we should have a party when the baby arrives?
