Aside from the "knuckle" use . It's very stable .

The added length makes for a great grip and if you use the ring it's very stable.

Overall bulk is small as its just a 1 side grip replacement and only adds about a
Inch in length . This is a very early one the newer ones are ever more
Refined . I am working on procuring one at this time .

Solid build...

That reminds me of the French Apache Revolver. With a little work you could resurrect a long extinct revolver, brass knuckle, dagger multitool of death!

Just had to add a picture of the French Apache Revolver that this thread reminded me of.

I bet a machinist could make a killing selling an Apache grip for the mini's

That's cool, good idea, the next stage has got to be along the lines of that Apache revolver, or a mini built into a WW1 Trench type knuckle duster knife  :)

When I first saw this knife, my first thought was "wow, that looks just like a mini cylinder!"

More info soon .... the 1967 account was my brother's.  It's no longer viable. I am the original designer of this ring grip. Retention & function is greatly improved.  You do not need to insert a finger in ring also any other use is in your mind. This is a interesting extended grip no more no less
