Here is a new holster made for me by the Abasaroka Kid for my Sidewinder.  I wanted a RH IBH that could be also worn on the left side as a crossdraw, with a strong belt clip.  I wanted the hammer and trigger protected and it was to be very plain.  He put a thumb strap on for the hammer and the pistol fits down in it just perfect.  It is Mahogney in color.  Everything I wanted he was able to make for me.

Nice holster, eh? And great photos showcasing it.

I'll be getting my new Absaroka Kid leather either tomorrow or the next day. Friday at the latest. :)

OK Folks, Play nice now.
I am doing all I can to restrain myself from buying more leather right now.
I am putting money away for a pair of 4" Sidewinders.
If you keep posting pictures of The Kid's leather, I am going to have a breakdown (meltdown, or whatever) and buy a pair for a couple of Mini Masters.....
Or maybe a couple for Black Widows. 8)

One of the things I really like about this holster is when wearing it on the right side inside the belt, the tip of the holster goes into the watch pocket of my jeans.  This lets the handle of the gun tilt back just a little bit and fit into my "spare tire" I carry all the time. The belt clip is very strong and now that I am getting the thumb snap worn a little bit, the gun is a very easy draw and reholster.  The "Kid" done a great job for me.   1943

My advice to Uncle Lee: DO NOT check the NAA board tomorrow when I post pictures of my new dual Sidewinder rig from The Absaroka Kid. ;D ;D ;D

Trust me, it will just make you want to spent more money on leather. ;D ;D ;D

I know, I'm evil. ;D

I suggested a new design to The Absaroka Kid last week, and after some initial resistance, he agreed to make it--and then he fell in love with it. This will be the debut of this new design and I'm the very first person to get one. It's a one-piece dual Sidewinder rig, even customized with my two Sidewinder serial numbers. I am SO EXCITED to be able to try it out tomorrow!

This new holster rig should help nicely with my own Quad Carry. Hehe! (Two DB9's in my vest and two Sidewinders on my belt. Oh, and BTW, the set also includes a matching Absaroka Kid belt. I am just going NUTS waiting for the package!)

Uncle_Lee

I'm going nuts waiting for you to post pictures of it.
I am mainly on only once a day and that is early in the morning.
Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning...... :'(
