QuoteCriminals don't use NAA. They use garbage made by "Ring of Fire" gun makers (23% of guns siezed in the study.)
I never heard of the term "Ring of Fire" gun makers.  So I Googled it.   Firearms makers around the LA area.   Lorcin, Davis, AMT, and many other manufactures of inexpensive handguns.   (Most I would never want to buy.)  Interesting that they were passing up many of the larger manufactures (Ruger, S&W, Colt) in unit sales.  Then were basically put out of business by lawsuits and legislation.

I don't like these cheap pistols and it is sad a young man was paralized, but the pistol was aimed at someone while being handled.

Bryco Arms declared bankruptcy in 2003 as a result of losing a lawsuit filed in Oakland, California and which resulted in a jury award of a record $24 million judgment against Bryco Arms. The lawsuit stemmed from an injury to a then 7-year old boy named Brandon Maxfield received from a 20-year old family friend who was attempting to unload the 380 ACP version of the Bryco Arms Model 38. The gun discharged while the 20-year old was attempting to clear the chamber, the gun inadvertently pointed at Maxfield.[1] The discharge paralyzed Brandon Maxfield from the neck down. The plaintiffs convinced the court that due to a design defect, the gun had a cartridge feed problem, made evident when the safety was on and the user pulled back the slide to check the chamber or load a cartridge into the chamber.

In California, dealers only stock the .22lr  and .22mag with 1-1/8 barrels.   That's it.  I would like a Black Widow, but I can't buy one.  I'm sure it needs to pass the handgun safety test and NAA doesn't feel the market bears the expense.   Welcome to the Hotel California...

If it wasn't for ambulance chases the world would be a kinder place . That brings to mind most of our federal government is made up of lawyers they just found an easier way to fleece the people FOREVER !!!! Didn't everyone know every corporation has millions and millions and millions of bucks just to give away to bullshi* artists and artists they are along with mindless juries (hand-picked mind you) not just anybody .

Excuse me for a moment while I ask a question from atop my soapbox.

What part of, "Don't point a gun at another person unless it is an act of self-defense." do people not understand?  You can't accidentally point a gun at someone, it is an act of negligence or carelessness.

Except if it is a criminal act.

Which would still NOT be an accident.

Threw that in as an act of sick humor.

I know how most like photos. Here is my daily cary. It sits next to bed waiting for me to get dressed.
I do have BW also.  As it was the gun that this holster was made for. My BW has the same grips seen here.

:) Well I'm going to say that the BW is my Favorite gun to shoot, I have a couple of walking targets and I can dance them all over the place with the BW & lr .Its probably the best gun for Power , accuracy and concealment, but for me its a hair to big and heavy for everyday carry. My favorite gun to carry in my Talo Blackjack with 22 mag. It fits perfectly in my front pocket, its easy to get out and I don't even know its there. I don't leave home without it.

Smoothboy

I have several NAA revolvers I love 'em. The best has to be the BW....it is lite, fills my hand well, conceals well and above all else is the best shooter of them all. I've got a Sidewinder I really like but am not near as proficient with it.

TwoGunJayne

I love the BW for weak-hand carry at the ankle or same-side waistband. I have to constantly remind myself that it's there.
