CVang 22lr grips available

After much waiting CVang has announced retooling for 22lr grips. I have had them on 22 mag and in MHO they are the best.

Looking forward to this as my next Mini just might be a standard .22lr. I contacted him about this and didn't receive a reply, though my mail has been acting goofy lately and he might not have gotten it. Thanks for the heads up - and welcome to the forums!!

I am glad yours fit mine did not and was most disappointed. Talk with CVang and he said that there appeared to be 2 lr frame sizes and the left panel on some were not fitting his molds. He was most kind and said that others were experiencing the same problems. He said send back and he would refund payment.

That is good service and I truly hope that he get the sizing right. I have grips on the 22 mags and they are the best of several that I have owned and still have. I should sell all that I am not going to use

Mine did not fit either - if you have a dremal and a small rotary bit - it is a quick easy fix. Mine fits perfect now after 5 minutes of gentle grinding the grooves a little deeper....

Are these CVang grips for the .22lr or the .22mag pistols?

FWIW
Chong's CNC mill is down for repair. He is not able to make grips for LR or Mag frames at this time.
Gestimate for repair is 2-3 weeks.

Just a side note; I recently had a self-inflicted problem with a CVang grip screw, and he immediately resolved it at no cost to me. Same kind of quality service NAA gives on the guns.
