Made ya look , I gotcha !

Not what you thought, is it?

   Anyway, It`s a H&R Premier 7 shot, 5" barrel

I picked it up at an estate auction.

From the little research I did on it ,I think it is circa 1906-1908.

The cylinder does not have recessed pockets , The rimfire primer is exposed outside the cylinder.

     Good day Gents,

I didn't know H&R went that far back.  That is a really nice old gun, I'd buy it on sight myself.

I really like the old breaktops.  I have a Forehand, ca.1910, that I bought for $65.  I shot it once just for the experience.

I like it. Looks a lot like my Iver Johnson, tho it has a longer barrel. Mine may be of comparable age, but I'm not sure. Cool guns. I'm hoping the NAA is comparable. ;)

Sweet, reminds me of a Webley with much more svelte lines.

   What caliber is it?

Back in the early 50's,  the H&R's  were about all I could afford to buy and shoot.  .22 shorts were 29 cents a box if you bought 10 boxes.  My cousin and I would go out in the country and shoot homemade targets in a high bank creek bed  on railroad property.  Don't try that today.   The H&R's held up and I never wore one out.
