..I know that these aren't considered too traditional, or "natural" as far as wood, bone, stag etc, but I just think a set of these are cool.  The problem is that the person that once had these for sale seems to have stopped making them.  I am interested in buying a set if anyone knows who sells these.  Also, does anyone have any experience with these? are they quality? do they make for good grip material....just wondering..

like I say, wouldn't mind a set...and yes, I know, they aren't everyone's cup of tea, but sometimes I like to deck out my mini"s in something different.

p.s.  Here's hoping that they are "tactical" enough, I know how much that means to people.

If you find a supply of those old "Designer Grips.com" carbon fiber in any color for the NAA Short, let me know. I'm STILL kicking myself for not jumping in time.

Those things are just too cool.

Luke, check out Spressorkinifeworks.com. He may make some carbon fiber. If he does not show them then email him and ask. He does make many colors of G10 and micarta. Nice work too. I've bought like at least 7 or 8 sets, mostly stags but I have the micarta and G10 stuff too. He will give you a website to look at to pick materials from and he will make them. Great guy.

:D....
I just put spresser on my favorites list.  I like the sunburst g10, very modern, grippy, and cool.  I may have to check him out.  I suppose between him and vang, there's some options out there.  I'm still puttin the word out for the carbon fiber, but I like several sets of grips myself.  maybe it's an ocd thing, but good guns deserve good grips and it's nice to change them up from time to time.

Also found this link.  I haven't worked with him, but I'm just passing it along.  I may have to pick up the corian grips in the future...

thanks guys, and please post if you see carbon fiber..........

oops spressor..I just reread that he makes micarta? that sounds very cool.  Are you willing/able to post some of this guy's work?..not trying to put you on the spot here, but I still like books with lots of purty pictures, same concept here, pictures are appreciated, don't sweat it if you can't though.  Like I say, the micarta's got me thinkin'

just personal opinion, but these are very cool.  The modern look with an old school mini is pretty awesome.  The guy that runs the sight is having his own bigger battles than trying to keep up with orders.  It's to bad.  Too me, this is what America is about, inovation, hard work, honesty, and a hand shake that means something.  I don't know the guy, but he can use some prayers and well wishing...I'd like to see him back up and running....

Hey G50 oh I mean Luke1 spresser has his own site look it up .  ::)
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

It's too bad that our friends cant be here with us today

Grips or not, I just hope he gets better.

I have 2 sets of the corian grips made by Collins Craft. One is white, which sorts looks like ivory and the other is called sunburst, which loosely resembles aged ivory. These are on my 3" Earl. I have carried the white ones a lot and they show no wear. I feel confident in recommending Mr. Collins.

As to the carbon fiber grips:
If it is the appearance you are interested in, locate someone in your area who does hydro imagining. Until you handle them, you will not know they are not carbon fiber.
Guns are a lot like parachutes:

Thank you for being "tactically" considerate to those who value "tacticalness".  :D
