I recently acquired a 1 5/8 barrel 22 mag with 22lr conversion.  I found it so appealing I started searching for another.   I did run across another great deal on a 22 mag widow but still wanted the 22 lr conversion.  I figured what the heck.  I just picked one up on buds gun shop online.

2 of the same you ask.  well first I didn't want to add weight and second its for my girlfriend .  the 22 lr to practice and the 22 mag for up close.

I may look at an earl in the future but for now these suit my needs.

Giving your girlfriend a gun is certainly a very "tactical" gift idea.  :D :D :D

You should always buy in pairs.
If not it will get lonely and keep you awake at night whining.

I like doubles of the ones I really like. I have many multiples. Two Sidewinders, two Kel-Tec P11's, two Diamondback DB9's, two Diamondback DB380's (well, one is a DB320, actually, but I have .32NAA and .380ACP barrels for both), two Beretta Cougar 8040 Minis, two H&R 12-inch buntline .22LR revolvers, etc. You've got two hands, right? LOL. And if one breaks, you have another one!

A friend of mine gets 5 of everything. His collection of firearms dwarves mine. He has 5 members of his family, so he gets one for each--not that he gives them to them, but if they need them in an emergency, he has one for each.

I guess I need another Glock now. LOL.

well guys took both of them mags/ lr  1 5/8's out to the range today.  Man these are just soo much fun.  both my girlfriend and I liked the stock rosewood grips better than the mini master and boot grips I had that came in a trade.   I don't know why.  I thought the boot grip would work better in my hands but the stock was just fine.

sorry for taking so long I didn't have the email notification turned on.

I have become a fan of these rather quickly.  they shoot soft and pack a big punch, easy to carry concealed pocket or IWB (26 to 20 oz depending on model), accurate ad a whole lot of fun.   they come up on gunbroker ever so often so I just kept a look out.

I have to say that the stock triggers on the 94's are heavy but no way near as heavy as the ruger sp 101.  The stock 94 is very nice and gets better with each range session.  Of course being the tinkerer that I am I had to try the spring replacement to see how it would work.  It did make the trigger pull much lighter and still maintained reliability. super fun gun to shoot.  no issues here and I purchased some manufacture flawed weapons on the cheap.  here is a link to my progression on the 94"
