I just joined and wanted to say hi! I have loved NAA for a long time (I am a Utah local and visit the factory frequently), and wanted to share ideas with others that do as well. I am a mechanical engineering student looking to get into the gun manufacturing game as well, and thought you guys would have some great knowledge! Thanks!

We love picture threads. We really like it when people say profound things.

Other than that, just watch out for the other inmates. They might try to take your jello.  ;D

A 32 acp mini is a great idea. What type of design are you thinking of? Removable cylinder, sidewinder style or the break top?

Lee,

I have an RG .22 revolver.  :)  Mine only fires on double action . It doesn't hit the round hard enough on single action. I need to put a spacer in it to help it along on single action, but just haven't got around to it yet. Actually it's a pretty accurate little .22 revolver   8).

Picked up the RG-42.
Looks like it has never been shot. Just laid around in a shoebox. The little feed ramp don't have a scratch or mark on it.
Had a hard time getting it apart from the dried up oil.
I have all the pieces oiled with Tetra Gun Oil. Let them soak for a few days and all that gook will come right off.

  What scares me with these RG'S is the made in Miami location stamp . Nothing good comes out of Miami , really . ???

I didn't say they were good, just different*. These were made by Erma and sold by RG. Other makers made some for RG and those were junk. These are the RG-42's. The RG-26 is so bad that the BATF put out a warning on them.

*(I think that is how the big o got elected.)

  Had a Erma Werke ? 380 luger once , never had a gun jamb up so much I literally threw it away into the deep blue .Thought it having a beautiful german name like that it would be tops , WRONG ! . Still have the firing pin just for reminders . :(

I had a pair of those that shot good.
Only problem was that the firing pins wouldn't last more than 50 rounds.
Those little buggers are going high right now. One in excellent condition is $500.00 or better.
I sold mine when I move to town and was going to buy another pair until I saw what they were selling for.

 Why mine jambed so bad is beyond me used all types of ammo to find something that worked , NOT , and everything checked out good(parts) . Burial at sea was very satisfying . ;) Guess it didn't like me and I felt the same back , it would clip the skin on recoil also , good riddance .   :(

My first mother-in-law worked at S&H Green Stamp redemption store.

They went the way of the free glass or saucer in the Duz soap box or the free piece of china with a fill up at Phillips 66.
