Mini Sighting

NCIS LA Heddy pulled a (looks like) 1 5/8 mini out of her sleave  and shot the bad guy in the chest. The pistol appears again moments later as she drops it on the floor.  Seems that the bad guy was wearing a vest. Maybe someone with a DVR can take a closer look and verify the make and model. Hard to do without stop action.
