WOW!....and I thought New York was bad!

I can be drunk out of my mind and still have my gun and no one can say anything as long as I do not operate a vehicle on a public road....which reminds me, one of my budz down the road was riding around his property on his four wheeler. The (local) cops were driving by and for no apparent reason stopped and asked him to take a sobriety test. He was hammered drunk! Apparently they wanted to give him a DWI on his own property. He told them to GFYS and grabbed his shotgun and went in the house and locked the door. ......they went away. What the heck is that?!?!? I told him that he should have told them to get off his property before he called a REAL cop and had them forceably removed! I mean it isn't like they could arrest him for public intoxication. He has a couple hundred acres and his nearest neighbor is...ME! I am about a half mile away!!! There is no "public"!
