What the hey,  after I shoot 3 rounds through my Mini 22 Mag
The cylinder will not rotate and hammer will not
pull back,  any body had this problem?

Any particular brand doing it, or all you have tried? Is it the same 3 chambers all the time?

I trust the gun is clean and lubed lightly. I also trust you have checked the cylinder for "stuff" and to ensure the hand is not being blocked from coming up and pressing against the rear of the cylinder. Check the cylinder pin to be sure it has not gotten warped.

I had the same problem with my Pug right out of the box. Just call NAA they will pay for the shipping and fix it for you. Turn around for me was a little over a week.

My mini had that same problem it was made 2014 its been back to factory twice.
