I just had a leather pocket holster with ammo pouch made by Southern Charm Holsters in Alabama, for my NAA Black Widow 22 magnum. I requested that they emboss a spider, and skull with crossbones. They knocked it out of the park! It fits my Black Widow like a glove. Not too loose, not too tight. Here are a couple photos of it, and a link to their ebay store.
