Good afternoon,

I hope this finds everyone well.  I recently jumped on the bus and bought my first NAA mini.  I found a NAA 22 magnum that had been fired 5 times.  I gave $125 for it.  I don't think I did bad on the price.  Now, I'm a large fella.  I stand 6' 3" barefooted and wear a 3XL Harley Davidson glove.  Needless to say, I have a big paw.  What grips do you guys recommend?  I see a lot of folks mentioning the CV grips.  I just can't get past the look of them.  Will they really make that big of a difference that I should ignore their appearance due to their function?  This little wonder will be carried as a backup to my CCW piece.  I would appreciate any insight I can get.  Thanks guys and stay safe out there.

I say go with the Secret Service grips. They give pretty much the same hold as one gets on a SW J Frame with Secret Service grips. They do make that much of a difference and I have smaller hands.

Welcome aboard, Punisher! I hope you like it here!

Awesome deal on the mini. You can't beat that!

Have you looked at the boot grip? That gives a little bit better grip, plus it looks cool. There's also a larger grip with a "palm swell" that fits some people's hands better. You can get that on the NAA site, I think. Maybe you can check eBay for NAA grips. There's always an interesting selection of grips and holsters there.

What Rouge said.  The "Secret Service" (also known as Mini-Master) grips.  Hard to beat, especially for larger hands.

Punisher - welcome! If you do not like the looks of the CV grips you can try the boot grip. It gives a bit more to grip and it looks good. The oversize Mini-Master grip is even bigger, so big that it is clunky in my opinion. Unfortunately, I have not found a perfect blend of beauty and function in any of the grips that I have tried.

I am guessing that you have already found the NAA store, but just in case, here is a link to the grips that NAA offers.

Good deal? No. You stole it!

I have larger hands and carry the CVang grips. I have tried the boot grips, and they just don't work well for me.
