I own a magnum with a CV grip and one with the Black Widow grip. Can anyone tell me the relative length and thickness of the magnum boot grip?

The Magnum Boot Grips are a little narrower front to back, and a tad shorter than the CVangs. The Black Widow grips are too bulky and large for pocket carry, and don't look right, in my opinion. I prefer the boot grip look, but they are too slippery in the hand. I have personally settled  for STAG LOOK boot grips, for both the look, and a much more secure grip. Here is where I got my Stag Look Grips. http://www.ebay.com/itm/North-American-Arms-22-Mag-Boot-Stag-Look-Grips-Very-Nice-/261779819131?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cf34b0a7b

I have the boot grip and the BW style. The boot is much thinner and shorter than the CV and BW. I can only get a two finger purchase on the boot grip did not find them comfortable to shoot with, Just my opinion. I have since changed out to CV style.

I like the feel and size of the CV grips, but am having trouble finding a leather pocket holster maker that will make one for a revolver with the CV grips. They claim that the back of the cylinder must be clear so the holster can retain the gun. I am looking for one that retains and releases with a simple push of forefinger or thumb. I currently use a fabric holster and that has no retention.

I don't know about leather but I went with Lost River Holsters kydex offering that the CVang grips work great.
