After trying to come up with a better way to carry extra rounds, this is what I came up with.
Seems like it should work alright. Pocket pouch is wet formed, glued, hand stitched and has type 20 snaps.
I've got one on ebay right now to see if there is any interest.
Thanks for looking and any comments pro or con are welcome.

Pugmeister just where do you have it listed on e-bay ? Seems there must be different places for North American types items . By the way still need that brown plain fold over holster or maybe that two tone I thought I seen once . :)
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

I have one brown stitched holster left with your name on it. The two-tone holster sold a week or so ago. There is a brown riveted on ebay now, but people seem to prefer the stitched version.

Jeff send me a pm so we can work out the details , thanks .  :) Just a note there are two other places you can list on e-bay , one under North American holsters , the other under North American parts , more visibility is always a better thing . Myself I didn't have your section heading even listed and did not run across your wares till you pointed it out . E-bays like that there can be numerous areas to post the same thing and never get seen .  :)

Neat idea! If I could offer a suggestion, you could also make a model like the old "drop pouches" of the '50's and '60's. Put a belt loop on the back and have the ammo "drop out".  :)  I know it would take extra leather to make and you would have to charge a premium but it might fly.

By the way, can you make these in dark brown leather?

Pugmeister

Thanks for the input. I went back and forth considering a belt loop. But then you'd have to pluck the cartridges out. I'll have to take a look at having the flaps inverted. My main consideration would be having the flap come unsnapped and spilling the shells out.
I also thought about a pouch that would hold the shells loose but I felt it would add too much bulk and I tried to keep it as compact as I could.

I have a deep brown one with black snaps already made. I left the edges on it plain (light color) to give it a little contrast.

Thanks,
JEFF

Jeff,
I'll take that one if it's available. PM sent.

Received Jeff's ammo wallet today. I really like it! Great craftsmanship, really small and to have 2 reloads in your pocket is so nice. Top quality components used throughout.

Jeff sent it immediately and the packaging was so good, it was almost overkill!

Thanks Jeff and if anyone wants to have a couple of reloads in a really small package, it doesn't get better than this!
