I found an old eyeglass case fit perfectly the 2" (approx) mini for concealed carry. Nobody looks twice at it on your belt.

I wonder if a 22lr size gun with standard grips would fit completely inside?

I think it would depend on the cell phone case, since they are all different. When I can I will try my spider in this one and see.
