A person posting a complaint on the first post is not unusual.
Folks with a problem with their mini will turn to the internet to find a solution and end up here.

BTrident-
I, too, have been on this forum quite a long time, as I go back to the original forum. This forum has evolved into a family type atmosphere. Some members are very protective, some are perhaps somewhat reckless. Hang around, and you will get to figure who falls where. There has been more than one "fight". Like a family, for the most part, "tomorrow" we are all still friends. Like a family, the "senior" members are cut a little more slack, and the younger members are not, generally. The name you were trying to think of, I believe, is Jessica. She is a gem any company would be proud to have as a customer service manager. If you have a tun skin, it would be my suggestion to tread somewhat lightly concerning her. She has gone to great troubles in the past to deal with, and fix issues that have arisen for quite a few forum members. Of course, we have no way of knowing how many she has done the same for who are not forum members. You raise a valid question. It may have carried a little more weight if you had mentioned how many over what time frame that has you seemingly concerned. It may be the person you sent the email to is on vacation. A phone call will let you know if that, or perhaps some other problem, is why you have not gotten a response. Hang around. I suspect you will enjoy the forum, and we can always use the experience of a long time NAA fan.

Personally I think BTridents question was a valid one, he was only asking a question with regards to why he wasn't getting a response, not saying the gun he was having problems with was a worthless piece of junk or anything that would perhaps initiate a flaming for an apparent new member .

As a general rule email is not the best form of communication if you are wanting a prompt response, sometimes emails don't get there, can be accidentally deleted, and sometimes ignored or forgotten about if 20 more come in before they have a chance to reply. I know it's awfully old fashioned now, but a phone call, so you know you spoke to someone and they are doing something as a result, is usually the best way, in my experience.

And that's one of the reasons we love NAA - there are REAL PEOPLE there who answer phones and solve your problems. Quite refreshing in these times!

The last time I spoke with Jennifer after she left, she was starting school and sounded super excited. I know she is not here anymore, but she is still missed, along with a bunch of the oldtimers. Does any of you remember CJ?
