If I am looking to buy something I don't waste my time on a reserve auction.
If I see "reserve", I just click somewhere else.

No, don't know the seller, just the reserve price..

I think he will get it and maybe more....

Makes me wish I'd bought two not one :( I sold mine some time back, I'm probably one of the few who has fired and carried one of these. I sold mine, they were lovely little revolvers, but when I look what I bought with the money I got from mine, I don't miss mine that much. Suddenly when the values shot up it was hard to see it as a handgun for everyday carry.

I would certainly never consider paying anything close to what these are going for, but then I have little interest in collecting guns that are not going to be fired with the exception of some old vintage pieces. I find the demand for these little revolvers quite amazing, although so few were made it seems a lot of people are aware of their existence. If I'd never bought one, I'd have been happy with a Sidewinder, but each to their own, I'm sure others could find fault with much of what I buy. That's the whole point, buying the things YOU want, whether Guns, Motorcycles, Cars or whatever - You are trying to fulfill your own dreams, not anyone else's.

These guns are very hard to find, I have only seen two other sequential serial number sets on GB and I know one was not from the first 200 guns - if you know the history behind these, you know these are collector's pieces. I will not close the auction early, nor will I make a deal off of GB - the reserve on these is fourtyeight hundred - either that, or they go back in the safe :) "

I have two sequential EBs that I have shot about 25 times each.  I never carried them.  I just wonder what they would be worth.  Probably  never will  send them.
