2 1/2" barrel on all models? Old advertisement says so!

I found this ad on eBay - looks like the safety notches on cylinders were new at this time. Notice that it states all models available with a 2 1/2" barrel.

Anyone have these? Does that mean there's a Short out there with a 2 1/2" barrel? Weird. But I want one.

Uncle Lee, those are beautiful! They look really nice with the longer barrel. Wonder why they stopped offering those?

I will give $600 for a pair of Short models with a 2.5" barrels in new condition with all the paper work and the matching boxes.

Maybe they moved from Spanish Fork and never started making that model in the next place??

I think the 2.5" barrel is a great length, it would still be easy to conceal, but the extra MV from the longer barrel and the extra sighting radius are both big pluses (for me anyway).
