I wrote Customer Service a out a week avo about returning my Guardian for FTE and FTF issues. I asked a out returning it for service but received no response. Should I just go ahead and ship it out to UtH?

Thanks.

Uncle_Lee

No, do not ship it until you get the word from NAA.

If you have tried email, call Jessica. In today's "email society", it is too easy for emails to get overlooked, or lost in the hundreds that come in.

Now that my Guardian is in Provo for tuning, how long should I expect it takebefore return?

grayelky

Difficult to guess how much work is on another man's bench. My guess would be 1-3 weeks. Could be less. Might be more.
