Whew, thanks for the update, O-vee. I just about sent the holster to the wrong address. Updated and going out, sir! ;) Strange that the new address doesn't have Michael's name on it, but oh well, glad I got the update before I shipped. ;)

Years ago I bought a pair of beautiful sambar stag grips for a S&W I-frame.  Turned out that they're too small and were most likely made for one of the older S&W revolvers.  The problem is that they're too darn pretty to get rid of, so I've been looking for a suitable S&W .38 "Perfected" model. It has only been about four years....   :P

No Sir! I'm not. Guess you didn't see the "wink". I've done the same thing and worse many times - - but it made me happy and I don't feel bad about it at all!

Sambar grips are the cat's ass - they really dress up a gun!

Very impressive!  I love the inclusion of the Morgan dollars in your photo, especially with the case-hardened model.  The first photo against the bark is also beautiful.

I'm not a big rush on finding the Perfected model for my grips.  One will come along sooner or later and even if one doesn't, the grips are pretty on their own.  In the mean time, the hunt is enjoyable.
