I think it looks pretty nice, but I'm concerned about the front sight, as illustrated. I'd prefer a mini-revolver blade style front sight to the Earl post style, to reduce concern about the sight snagging from a pocket draw.

Can someone who has owned both styles comment on the relative tendencies of the two style front sights to catch or drag when being drawn from pocket carry?

It would be interesting to see how many have been ordered so far.

Also for those of us that jumped the gun and ordered before June 1, we have no confirmation.

Are we good to go or do we need to re-order?

For me the cool thing about this gun is that it gets me excited about owning a 1" barrel.  I really like the longer barrel guns but this design for we harkens back to the old snubby revolvers, just like the Ranger went back to the old top breaks.   I thing it will be a idea carry gun.   May put my Ranger back in the case where it belongs.

Buck i ordered today, June 1 at 7 am EDT and havent received a confirmation yet. If you dont hear anything in a day or two, I would call them up.

Good advice, I called and indeed they have it.

They said they have about 50 or so earlybird orders thus far.

Kevin-

I have had no issues when pulling my Black Jack from my pocket. The bead sight slides out just like the blade does.

I prefer the bead sight. It seems to come to target faster for me.

I have been looking at NAA products for something to carry in the summer when nothing else will fit. I was about to get a Pug when I found a Blackjack for $250. The Blackjack seemed like a good deal given MSRP. I was surfing the web trying to find something to sway me one way or the other when I ran across this post. I decided the SW was what I wanted and have my order in. I don't know as I need two NAA revolvers but I will not have the SW until Aug.  Anyone know if that is an exceptional price on the Blackjack?

Uncle_Lee

The Blackjack is not selling for MSRP.

Not too many people buying them.

That is a good price on one.

You WILL NEED more than one NAA revolvers.

After you get your Sidewinder and start shooting it, the mini fever will start to build in your blood to a level where you must have another.

Does anyone know how many were ordered in time for the drawing?

Still trying to find out if I am one of them!
