march 10 sounded good to me... lol there should be a few of us who make it.... I dont expect we will get that many people from long distances away from the factory getting there.. it is a long, spendy trip if all you are doing is the meet and greet.... lol last year my wife and I got concert tickets and went to the halloween stuff at lagoon while we were down

I know of an unemployed machinist who is looking for work. He would be more than willing to relocate especially after he considers the untapped gold reserves in the catskills and adirondacks. When the sun hits at just the right angle you can catch the glitter of gold as it rolls down the Hudson towards the sea.
It's too bad that our friends cant be here with us today

Chopprs sayz: If only I had another pair of hands!

I would love to go to the convention but there are just too many miles between here and there for me to make it.

Thanks to Barky, I have a house guest that I'm ready to give $10.00 to and send on down the road. Have to admit, he has got my 'Trail 70' getting over 220 mpg. May be the answer Chopprs has been looking for. I knew he needed some help.

Heyjoe,

Wow, Chopprs has a lot of friends looking out for him, huh?  Just trying to help.

chopprs

Oh, I am feeling so much love.........you guys are just the best!

A tour of the factory?  Is that possible?  Sounds interesting, but it would be even better if it were graced with the presence of Tom from Cody, MDE, Scion, Orchidhunter, CJD, and a few others who have not posted lately.

Hey Chopprs:

I could come work for you.  I am

not doing anything else right now

and I would really like to see what you

really look like.  I would be glad to

help tune the carbs on those bikes you

   build.  They're really nice.

I don't take up much room and could just

put my bedroll in a corner of your

garage.  That way I could shoot any rats

you have in there with my ratshot.

Maybe I could borrow one of your bikes

between shows and go do some parking lot

checks for winning lottery tickets.  I

really think that is the thing to do.

Can you just send me some gas money to

   get there?

chopprs

You are hired!

   Bring your own toilet paper.....

Looks like Toms back, or is it Warty?

Tune in lter for the real truth!

As usual due to "thread drift" it seems we all got off topic again

The convention - is there genuine and sufficient interest for March if we put this proposal to NAA??

I hope to be able to attend, just depends heavily on my job situation. I'll know more around January.

cedarview kid

I like March. Or May. Or Zoodember or whenever. I'll still come!

theysayimnotme

March is a bit early in the year. The wheather is still cold & the days are short. Makes a motorcycle trip a bit iffy. I doubt I would go that far but at least it isn't as far as I always thought.

I saw a sign on the way to Jackson Hole quite a few years ago & I had it in my mind that was NAA.

I suspect that it was Freedom Arms instead.

westerly1965

Freedom Arms is in Wyoming that is correct.

silvershooter

If march doesn't pan out for some reason I'll vote a backup date of the first week in May. I could tell my wife that we're taking a trip for our anniversary to see the Great Salt Lake.

I've heard that Wyoming is beautiful and my research suggests that the tax and gun laws are better than many states. Anyone ever been through the Buffalo/Sheridan,Wyoming area?

grayelky

If March does not work, I can do May or June or just about whenever.

Moderndayedison

I would go...but I'm going to be busy all next

spring and summer. Either working or collecting

stuff in the desert and mountain regions in the

   Western United States.

I want to thank MDI for standing in for me

while I'm gone. Also I probably won't make

this coming year's convention but I might

try to make the next one, depending on the

circumstances that year.  I'll just have to

wait and see how things "Pan Out" I guess.
