Seem like photos have been scarce recently. Here are a few of mine - please add yours.

   3" Earl and Mini Magnum.

   My new Ruger Blackbird

   Ruger Revolvers and NAA Revolvers

When I was a boy we used to use a horn simular to this to call in the coon hounds.

   Anyone else ever do that?

CavScout

Nice Primitive Beer Bong in that last photo! :oD

Yep, we need more pictures.

Dad used a hound horn just like that one except it had a leather strap so he could carry it like a shoulder holster.

Congratulations Dinadan and Uncle lee on the artful display of those beautiful guns.  You do realize, though, that bho/holder now has them on file for confiscation.

Dinadan

Uncle Lee - Nice. I only buy one of a kind, but I do like the way the pairs look.

Our horn had a strap too. The mouth piece was just carved out of

the horn material. It worked better than this one which I picked up in a souvenir

   shop in Colorado.

Tranquillo - I know you are being humorous, but I might have reservations about

posting info about a gun that was off the books (none of these are).

Uncle_Lee

I have no guns that are "off the books".

Our mouthpiece was made of horn also.

Get on top of a tall hill and the dogs could hear it for a couple of miles.

45flint - those are nice guns and grips. I know those grips are not easy

to make, but the end product sure looks good.

   Chopprs - very cool stuff.

Chops; I really like the Beretta. What caliber is it? 22, 25 or 32?

chopprs

That is a Model 70s and it is a .380. I love that gun! It is a bit big by todays standards for a .380 but it shoots really nice.

RogueTS1

Very nice Chopprs. I almost put .380 in as a choice but it just did not look big enough. That is one of the guns on my list of things needing to be in the collection.

Chops!

You forgot the return between the two photos!

   Maybe you can still catch.

Chopprs,

I had a 1934 model, .380 Beretta. It came to this country in the bilge of a lifeboat, smuggled back from Italy by a U.S. sailor. It seems a well-meaning Italian policeman stepped into a bar to break up a brawl among sailors. He lost his boots, Sam Brown belt, and his service pistol.

When I was 16, it was given to me by the sailor, a friend of my Dad. It had some corrosion and was sans magazine. I cleaned it up and re-blued it.

When I was 21, I acquired a magazine for it and later actually got to shoot it. You couldn't hit the broadside of a barn if you were standing inside the barn! It was that bad. You could almost see the bullet spiral from the barrel.  I sold it to a friend for his Dad's collection. I used the money to buy a single action H&R 999, .22 cal.,  6" barreled,  break top, Sportsman that was a tack driver. Much more satisfying.
