TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

I looking over ray's OP, IMO he's sent a Mini back to NAA for the 3rd time the same issue arose after some use - the cocking pawl doesn't rotate the cylinder to align the next chamber with the barrel.

ray:  I would suggest you ask NAA to replace the gun with an identical sample, under warranty (free).

That is what occurred (successfully) during my back/forth with Charter Arms in 2008, about a new Pathfinder revolver that was on it's 3rd time back under warranty.

NAA, like Charter, attempts to produce a quality product, but we should remember that ANYTHING made by a human being can occasionally have a defect.

As long as the manufacturing company will stand behind their product, there's IMHO "no harm, no foul" (although YMMV).

I don't know what his first language is but he is trying his best not to insult NAA or anyone here.
He is just trying to get his gun working correctly.
Break time..

Once? Twice maybe? Three times I have a hunch you are doing something unknowingly to mess up the cocking pawl. I have noticed more than a few people who forget to place the gun on half cock when removing or replacing the cylinder. Do you all remember that video of a man who could not get the loaded cylinder back into the gun while holding the hammer back or having it down and then trying to force the cylinder into the frame from the left hand side when it goes in from the right?

Things such as these can be very hard on that pawl...................... maybe.................. just maybe?

I had no problem reading Ray's post.  Give the guy a break.  He's having major issues with his gun but continues to LOVE it!!!  That's true devotion.  I applaud you Ray!  Good luck getting the issue solved.  NAA will do you right.  Keep us posted on what happens.
