I kinda like them. I may consider a set for my Seecamp.

That's how I found the guy was when I was looking for a seecamp.

   I found this image.

I was going to order red, but he had a set of blue ready to go.

Are they of similar thickness as the factory or are they thicker?

Measuring the exact same "highest spot" I could find the OEM are 5mm and the new ones are 6mm.  So you are adding 2mm (1mm x each side) overall to the thickness, but some may appreciate that in the grip.  Others may balk.  I don't mind at all.  And truth be told most areas were 4mm OEM and a constant 6mm on the aftermarket ones, so it really could be considered an additional 4mm in overall width (still not much) 2mm for each side.

They are definitely more stout (infinitely so) than the factory grips!  He reinforces the screw holes with kevlar strips as a bonus.  Plus the carbon fiber is real adding more to the strength.  Not just a sticker covered with resin.

as firewire says the seecamp grips are also slightly wider.

Cool grips.  Your Guardian looks like it could be radioactive.  I've stuck with Black Widows over the years and am thinking about a Guardian.  I know that they're not target pistols but what kind of grips can I expect at 30 feet?  Do they hit Point-of-Aim?  My Black Widow can consistently hit playing cards out to that range.  Thanks in advance.

I'll be taking mine out for the first time this weekend, so I can't help you there.

With a 10lb trigger and small grip I am not expecting that kind of performance.  But if I can keep a group in the size of a fist at that range I would be thrilled.

I did order a 10 round mag for the extension and range use.

Received mine today. Nice work. Fit perfectly.

The silver is just blingy enough for me.

He has a set of my Bond Arms grips and is making a mold. I will be ordering a set of the gold for that little cannon. I highly recommend his work.

Here is the little gem sitting next to my little "mini 1911" in .32 acp...

Looks great! Nice scalloping on the slide too!

Canis,

I'm a Browning guy and that little .32 jumped out at me. Couldn't make out the name on slide. What is it and how does it shoot?

canis

It is a Llama XA model. The magazine hold 8 rounds. It is a blowback operated pistol. Manual of arms is just like a 1911. It has a grip and thumb safety just like a 1911. Carry cocked and locked. It also has a barrel bushing like a 1911. It is a great shooter. Hardly any recoil at all. Reminds me more of a .22 than a .32 when shooting it.

Solid steel, well machined and well finished. Llama did make some good guns in spite of some lemons that are oft complained about on the internet.

Thanks,

Time to take a peek at Gunbroker.

Paul finished my Bond Derringer grips. I think they look fantastic.

Nice!  Gives a whole different look!

I like em!! Tired of the black plastic and the wood I've seen is too thick. Wish the web site had one page showing larger pics of the different colors.

Oh well, guess I'll email tomorrow and get a set on the way.

    Thanks for the heads-up!!

Those would be nice on my Seecamp.

I like those blue grips on the Guardians.

Canis-

Is the Llama a locked breach or straight blow back? My Dad had a Llama .380 that was locked breach (like the 1911) and it would take reloads that gave 9mm performance. We had to be careful to mark THOSE loads so they did not end up in my PPK. If that little .32 is locked breach and you reload, experiment a little.
