On Wed. Aug. 29th I placed a order for some grips.

I paid using the paypal option and received a email thanking me for my order.

The first part of the email says...

"Thank you for your order from North American Arms. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order."

It's been four days now today and I still have not received a email with a link to track my order yet.

   Just wondering...

Hey AJ,

Maybe they are totally covered up getting the Sidewinders packed and ready to ship.

Being I'm not waiting for a sidewinder I don't really care if they are. I want my grips, now!!

   Just kidding... ;)

I ordered on Aug. 20 and received my order 4-5 days later, but I don't think I ever got a tracking number.  It came via US Mail.  I too paid via Paypal.

appliancejunk

Good to know, thanks.

   Guessing it's been shipped.

sajackson

Same happened to me.  Never got a tracking number and I thought they hadn't been shipped yet...then they showed up in the mailbox.  Took 4-5 days total.

sajackson

If I had to guess it has something to do with how the grips are shipped.  When sent via US mail, with standard postage, NAA doesnt get a tracking number so niether do we.

I ordered some grips last year and got the same message. A few days after, while I was still waiting to get an email with the tracking number, the package arrived.

I ordered some grips on the 29th and got them today (1st). I never did get a tracking number for first class mail. It could be they don't send that for USPS. The invoice in the package was dated the 30th. So it got here fast.

I must have lazy postal carriers. They had Labor Day off around here.

I ordered a part from Jessica a few months back and she told me that it would ship that day but without a tracking number as it was going first class USPS. Hope this helps and that your order is in your mail box tomorrow!!

appliancejunk

Good to hear. I bet they show up Tuesday afternoon.

As for being able to get a delivery confirmation number with first class postage, yes you can. I ship stuff all the time first class postage with delivery confirmation.

Anyway I expect there won't be any problems. I was just wondering.

   Thanks for the replies.

Uncle_Lee

USPS has good delivery confirmation, I find the tracking lacking.

May depend on the area. I find the USPS tracking very good. The day I'm expecting a package I can check the tracking number first thing in the morning and see if it at my local post office yet.

Got the grips today.

I ordered RUBBER COBBLESTONE GRIP-MAGNUMS last Wed and then Thursday decided to order the MINI-MASTER GRIP.

Today I received both sets of grips in one package and see I was only charged one shipping charge even though I ordered them at two different times, awesome!

   Thanks NAA!

After trying them I think the COBBLESTONE GRIP maybe to small for me, but I love the size of the MINI-MASTER GRIP. Can't wait to try shooting the mini in the morning with my new grips.
