   I was a little let down with some appearances,,,but have some hope I'll like the SW now with the larger BW grips.

I really think the SW is made for a short  barrel and a small grip.  Why I like the EB.   For long barrel give me the Earl and then the boots look natural.

In my above post I said that I didn't like bird's head grips.

   That is only on NAA minis. I like the way they fit the  hand on larger revolvers.

   On the NAA minis, if using the bird's head grips, I can get only one finger on the grip and it is behind the trigger and gets in the way of controlled trigger pull.

   

   We will know how they look on the SW with 4" barrel as soon as Sandy starts putting them on the market (hint, hint, Sandy).

Uncle Lee you may like a Birds Head with a finger groove.  Made one like that and it really made it more controllable.

I have not seen them in person but they look more like the old ones on my first mini. My son now has that gun and the grips i will have a set in time as i have a SW comeing.  And i may sale some grips but not the ones that came on the gun for same reason you have posted.
