Anyone else with Vang grips have problems with them rocking back and forth a little. Had to put a small shim in my mine to steady em up.

The set I bought when they were first on the board also rock.  I just shimmed them with a little electrical tape and they're fine.

Just got some and they are much tighter then factory grips...
