I recently purchased (last week) both the ranger 2 and the sidewinder 2.5". I haven't had a chance to shoot either one yet but the ranger 2 is much easier for me to load vs the sidewinder. That said, I really like them both a lot.

I also received that email but at $555 00 it stopped me dead in my tracks. With s/h + 3% it would be $600.00 while other dealers are often $100.00 + lower when available. No thanks Buds. Patience!

I think partial checkering to reduce some of the glare would benefit your gun. Regardless, you have a very fine looking revolver.
