My first was purchased in 1977. My next one was the 4" Earl. I now have in excess of 30 or so. I think. The engraving was done about 12-14 years ago.
Love the engraving and ivory. What would that level of engraving cost?

That is a good idea for a covert case. Will the 22-mag model also fit?

Welcome Timkel that's one beautiful set , don't you just love the feel of the ivory its a shame its so hard to get anymore (good for the elephant but bad for us), thanks for the pics . :)
Thanks. I found these grips 10-15 years ago. Elephant ivory was legal at the time. I've tried several different types of grips. I tried large grips, wood grips, rubber grips and others. But the ivory grips felt/looked the best.

The 22 short was made in the 70's. I had it rebuilt with new springs and cylinder. The grips are ivory.

Yea, the movie was boring and seemed too long. I didn't catch if special bullets were used. But all all shots were very close head or heart.

Robert Duvall was a hitman sent to Argentina for a job. He used a NAA derringer 22lr to kill 3 people.

Simply beautiful , elephant ivory has a feel unto it's own doesn't it ? No other ivory feels the same or have the grain that it does , thanks for the pic's .  :)  :)
Yes, each grip is unique. OV-1D I see you made a beautiful set of ivory grips for a NAA mini. Do you remember the smell when grinding on ivory? Just like being at the dentist.  I also have Ivory grips on a set of 3 NAA mini's.

I do like Elephant ivory. This is an engraved S&W 36 with ivory grips.

I am also very interesting in a Small frame 5 shot DAO 22 mag pistol from NAA. Like a DAO sidewinder with a small triggerguard.

Nice family photo - is that wood box the one that comes from NAA?
Not sure, I got the empty box years ago. It is unmarked, with a solid wood top, no glass. The NAA 22mag is a perfect fit. So It must have been made by or for NAA

The new one is the 22 Mag

Any gun is better then no gun.

Any NAA 22cal can be a CCW piece.

Obviously the 22mag the most powerful. But even the 22short can deter, harm or kill an attacker.

In the warmer weather the NAA in any caliber is the best way to CCW.

My personal preference is the 22lr.

Thanks. The grips are elephant ivory.

The shipping cost was higher then the NAA charge. They replaced many parts and polished everything.

The 22lr on top was made 3/23/95

The 22s on bottom was made 2/17/79

I don't remember how , where, price, ect. Both pistols were rebuilt to like knew last year at NAA.
