Anvil,
I think that the grip design for the Mini Master,Black Widow and PUG are pretty good,at least for me.

I find that the grip on my Mossberg Shock-Wave to be absolutely perfect.

Pretty good combination there, Shock-Wave and Minis!!!

Heyjoe,
If I am not mistaken, the 351 series is 7 rounds of 22 mag and when loaded probably about 13 ounces.

I consider the 351s to be pretty much the Holy Grail of the 22 mag snubbies.

Camo,
Both the S&W and the Ruger revolvers are good but I tend to lean towards the Ruger LCRx.

Let us know of your choice and when you get it,if possible,a range report.

Maybe another NAA Mini to join the pack as well?????

HeyJoe,
I did not notice that.

Back in the day that gun was made,it was mostly black powder and corrosive primer loads. What is the conditon of the bore/chambers??

Anvil,
White micarta looks pretty much like ivory when polished.

Maybe there is some custom knifemaker that also works on guns can make the grips for your short??

I did not figure that were a pearl type person. Besides, usually after time, pearl does tend to peel/chip.

Anvil,
You gave the Mayor your very good advise.

I have found the small 22 autos to be somewhat iffy in reliability.

I recently purchased a Ruger LCP/22lr as a understudy for my LCP'380.

The 380 is totally reliable but I spent considerable time in finding the 22lr ammo that works fairly well in the LCP/22
On the other hand,I have never had any problems with any of my  NAA Mini revolvers.

Anvil,
Maybe Eagle grips can be of some help??

My opinion about pearl grips is pretty much like Gen Patton's opinion.

But that is just my opinion.

Anvil,

Those look really nice.

I was wondering if David Yellowhorse could make up some grips for that 22 short??

He has done lots of work on the minis.

Anvil,
Looks like you have some serious issues to deal with before you will purchase another NAA.

Sounds like you gave the mayor some pretty sound advise!!

Thank you for the information.

OV-1D,
Nice stuff there for sure??

You have iguanas down your way?? You hunt them with high power air rifles??

What about snakehead fish??

I am thinking of going down to FL in early spring for an Iguana/snakehead fish safari.

Ozark,
They look very nice,what caliber??

Rogue & Hey Joe,
Yep,I agree with you. No real need for that +P stuff.

The Hydar-Shok rounds were first developed by two NY State Troopers I thing it was in the late 60s or early 70s.

Then some years later the design was taken over by Federal.  Very good rounds.

Rogue,
What loads do you use in those snubbies??

I have found that regardless of all the hype,a nice wadcutter load works best. No real need for that +P stuff.

It has been some time since I last purchased an NAA Mini so I cannot compare newer stuff with the older.

So far,all of my minis have worked out quite well and any minor issues were dealt with very quickly  by NAA.

After many rounds, and I mean many, the mainspring in my BW and 22lr mini broke. They were quicky repaired by customer service at no charge.

I have no complaints at all.

Anvil,
I have a feeling that like,Uncle Lee,you store the in shoe boxes so they will "multiply"!!!

When possible,a range report on the  Mini Master.  Did you get it with the extra 22lr cylinder???

Heyjoe,
In the late 40s and early 50s,Frank Sinatra lived two blocks away from me and the radio/TV host,Arthur Godfrey had his twin engine plane down at Teterboro Airport which,at that time, was basically a little more than a runway.

HeyJoe,
I agree with you on that.

The Macy Parade and NY Marathon is that city's  "baby" and they are proud to show it off

I remember in the early years,so many TV stars were in the area, and were on the floats.

HeyJoe,

The other evening I watched a documentary about that parade.

It is a year long project involving close to 5000 people in and behind the scenes.

Each balloon has 70-90 handlers, and is an event that is enjoyed by many.

Like the NY Marathon it is an event that NYC is proud to have.

O&G,
I always enjoyed the parade,it is part of a celebration that I enjoyed over 60 years ago.

Now as for the Rockettes, they have always been superb. One of my classmates was a Rockette (66-70).

Bearcatter,
My wife passed away over ten years ago and daughter eight years ago so I basically know what you are going throug

Try to get out to be more active, and that should help some.

Maybe if you could go to Church and meet some of the nice folks there?

Offer to do "security" there?  That's what I do and find it helps out.

I bet I can speak for the other members of this forum, let us know how you are doing and we will be right with you.
