Quote from: Anvil on October-08-24 19:10Whitney, We had a store in Wichita but it didn't last. I think the main reason was the employees were too aggressive. I'm sure they were trained to be that way but Kansas hunters, shooters and campers don't need to be told what they need or should want. I was looking at a smoker grill and the salesman kept pushing to move me up to a higher grade.
I settled on a Walmart smoker for $100.
The NAA's I've bought through the SW were online and sent to my local dealer.
However the prices were spot on! I got my new Shorty for $180 compared to $255 at the NAA site!
We will continue to buy if the price is justifiable!

Love it!

Quote from: PocketMagnum on October-08-24 11:10Congratulations! I want to see more shops around the country sell NAA firearms.

Sadly, no Sportsman Warehouse here in Oklahoma.

Is there any discussions to bring NAA firearms to Cabellas/Bass Pro?

We are working with Atwoods as of a couple of months ago, so I would definitely check there! They have some exciting things coming. There also are a lot of great Dealer Accounts there in OK that would happily work with you. A lot of great partners.

Hello everyone!

Though I don't post often, I've been a long-time passive reader and have always appreciated the vibrant discussions here about our firearms. Your passion and support for North American Arms truly mean the world to us!

I'm thrilled to announce that we've recently finalized a major deal with one of North America's largest outdoor retail chains, Sportsman's Warehouse. This partnership is a significant milestone for North American Arms, as it expands our reach to roughly 150 store locations across the United States. This means our products will now be more accessible than ever, allowing more firearm enthusiasts to experience the quality and craftsmanship that we are known for.

Additionally, with Sportsman's Warehouse Corporate HQ just 30 minutes north of our own, this local connection strengthens our commitment to supporting regional businesses. We see this relationship as not just a business win, but a way to better serve our community and customers by providing greater access to our firearms in convenient retail locations.

As we embark on this new chapter, I would love to hear from you! If you visit any Sportsman's Warehouse stores, I'd appreciate any feedback on how our products are displayed, the knowledge level of the sales team, or anything else you notice that can help us improve the customer experience.

We're excited to collaborate with great partners like Sportsman's Warehouse, and we look forward to enhancing the availability and service of North American Arms firearms for enthusiasts like you.

Thank you for your continued support!

It's a pretty far drive! They need to get more regional flights out of Provo that are less expensive.

Hello NAA Forum!

My name is Hunter Whitney, and I will be servicing North American Arms as the new Sales Manager going forward. I look forward to further discussions with each of you and hope to hear from the wonderful North American Arms community that has been established.

I figured I should hop on here to introduce myself and share with you exciting plans that we have that will best service you as our wonderful community.

Introduction:

Coming from Christensen Arms (The pioneer of the Carbon Fiber Barrel), I serviced International Sales as the Sales Manager for two years and was the Inside Sales manager for three years. As the Inside Sales Manager, I had the opportunity to be heavily involved in the background of servicing many Domestic dealers, National Accounts, and of course Distribution Accounts all while doing International Sales. While doing International Sales, Christensen Arms went from 14 Direct accounts globally to having representation on 6 continents (Couldn't get to Antarctica...lol) with 52 different Distributors & Dealers.

Prior to doing Sales, I started as a Polishing Technician and worked into Work Order Control, Webstore Fulfillment, and Order Entry while there at Christensen Arms. Eventually getting into Sales, I knew I found my passion. Overall, I spent almost 5 1/2 years there at Christensen Arms.

Lastly, I have a beautiful family with a 3 year old girl, 8-month old boy, and a beautiful wife who I would do anything for. (See picture attached)

Exciting Things:

We hope to meet you in person at NRA as we will have a booth there! A lot of individuals you may have interacted with in the past on this forum will be at the Show and will be able to answer any questions you may have about the product or future plans. Please come introduce yourself if you plan on attending.

North American Arms is in great hands! With our terrific Customer Service Team, Marketing Team, and Leadership heading the way, North American Arms is going to be much more accessible to each of you as you look to collect, purchase, and shoot NAA going forward. While accessibility is important, Quality in communication, service, and product are what we focus on the most. Know that we have wonderful team of Engineers, Machinists, and Assembly that test each firearm from start to finish.

Thank you for being loyal customers of North American Arms. We understand that change in personnel, structure, and process can be a hard pill to swallow at times, but bear with the team as we look to do what we have been entrusted to do in growing and maintaining a well-branded business. There are so many exciting things coming up that we can't wait to share with you. Please know that you, our community, will be amongst the first to know!
