My mom would save the Sunday funnies all year and use them to wrap some of the presents.

I joined the Shotgun Forum 10 years ago. I post off and on but not much last year. It has been about 9 months of not checking in. Today I got a Email from them saying my posts have had 245 replies and they value my input. I will check back in later to see what I said  :o . --  If NAA wants to bring life back to our forum they could mass Email all members who have not canceled there accounts. Just say we miss you. Short and sweet. Might help.

I did not spend months in the Jungle. I will never put myself in the same category as those who did. I did not earn it. Yet I still hold a Combat Ribbon. I will follow Pete down a dark ally at 0300! --Remember this? ---"To defend the Constitution of the United States of America against ALL Enemies foreign and domestic . Thanks !
Never thought about it. Criminals using AI? How about government (criminals) using it to find us? Every click we have ever put on a computer is still out there. AI can collate it. Got anything you wish you could "pull back"? Good luck!

I Remember Condom machines in bus stations in the 60s.  I was a kid. Yes I dropped my 25 cents. 5 years later it was still in my wallet. Wallet had a permanent ring pressed in it.

Not that impressed. Never have been. New York is over rated. A big hot air balloon! Been there smells bad. I grew up in walking distance of the Rose Parade. Spent new years eves in high school getting high on the glue fumes (and other stuff) sticking flours on the floats.  Will give NY the Rockets and there legs! HOT!

I am thankful for my kids who take care of me. Family and friends coming over. Think there is a single granny I have not met yet coming too. I just have to not act like a turkey :) . God bless. Lets eat too much.

Been thinking for a few years. Should be some way to "log out" when we pass. Next of kin should be able to just hit a key and let all know. NAA was my first forum and the only one I care about.  I intend to give my son my log in info. One of you computer guys should make a program that does this.

Bring back P&R and Off Topic. --- Over the years there have been several mass loses of members. We had a lot of freedom and drove a bunch away. I think P&R got cut in part because of the bickering. It's not all NAAs fault. User melt downs didn't help. I melted down a few times. I stayed away from P&R most of the time. My nerves could not take much of it.

The black is a distributor thing I think. I have a black mini. Will ask my LGS where they found it.

For those of you in the South. Your poling places, voting machines. ballot boxes, and ballots have been washed away. The Post office that delivers and returns mail in ballets is gone. Where and how will you vote? This makes the slow response from Washington look fishy.  Will they have this worked out by election day?   I know we no longer have a P&R page but this has to be asked. I tried to keep this neutral.

Most good LGS can order it for you if there dealers have it. They find stuff for me.

Nice find!  If you reload for her I have good data and links for proper dia bullets. They should be .360 or .361 not .358.   .358 will work but are sloppy. Remember the old break tops should be loaded lighter.

My father learned to wing shoot with them. Late 30s. He was 8 or 9? He was a good boy. So they got him a Rem mod 41 target master. My son has it now. His father my G pa was was stage manager at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena CA. 1936 or 7.  This happened in the late 1930s when my dad was 10 or 11.  You all have seen it on TV. It is the place that American Idol used for Hollywood week and is NOT in Hollywood. It's about 1 block from the Rose Parade.  Gpa asked if he wanted to go to work with him. Of course he said yes. G-pa then said "and bring your "good boy gun".  When they got to work Gpa told him that they were having problems with bats in the rigging HIGH over the stage. He gave my dad a box of 22 shot shells.   Climb up to the cat walks and spend the day shooting bats for me!   I have had some real cool summers but nothing like that!  Can you hear the S--T storm from the nanny  state today if a kid with a gun was killing bats 90 feet over a stage with no harness or guard rails? Fast forward to August 1945 he is a  20mm gunner on the carrier WASP CV18 .He put 30 rounds into a kamikaze coming down his bore.

What I want is one of the smooth bore .22 rifles. There was a spring loaded launcher you  clamp on the muzzle. It would launch Ritz Crackers as targets  :o  ;D !

The crimped ones have a metal shot cup. CCI are plastic. Can't see anyone shooting enough to damage the barrel. Federal comes in boxes of 50. One has a larger amount of shot.
