  The only way to dispatch a pig with a 22 is behind the ear and nobody wants to be that close . I've seen 9mm's bounce off their heads and I imagine javalina  are build the same a wild boar or Russian counterparts .
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

I believe a suppressed Mk 18 in 5.56mm should handle that critter......................... and nary a sound either.  8)

  Yup that would most likely do it , clean out the whole pack without upsetting them .
