NAA kit gun?

My two favorite "kit" pistols are 3" Earl with Black Widow grips and a Ruger Shopkeeper. Both are 3" light weight and fun.  I'll give the edge to the Earl because you can choose the extra punch of .22 mag.

thanks canoeal, i wasn't thinking of a sheriff for pocket carry and i like my bugout mechanics.  i'm thinking that the sheriff is best suited for an owb ccw:  short enough to conceal, longer for more accurate oomph.

We agree. I just prefer what I carry to be in my pocket. For an OWB the sheriff looks good to me.
