Grip problems!!!

So I went to do a quick swab on my mini today (I like to keep it lint free as much as possible) and I noticed my grips were a little loose. So I take the grips off and I noticed the little bolt wasn't set in correctly. This was only the second maybe third time they've been off and I've always been careful not to screw em on top tight. I have the rubber pebble grips for the lr they came standard with it. Does anyone know if this would be covered under warranty or if NAA will replace them at all? I was going to call but it was after 4 30 so I sent them an email with a picture. If not I'll just order em but figured it didn't hurt to try. I'll post a picture when I get back on later the one I took is too big...I just put electrical tape over where the grips should be for now 🤣

Hey Shane,

I'm sorry to hear there's something wrong with your grips and I'm surprised no one has said anything on here yet! You should get an email response, but if the gun is less than 2 years old, we should be replacing them.  If you haven't heard back yet or don't early next week, just email Rachel at [email protected] and she'll take care of you.

Thanks Jessica! I actually called yesterday and whoever I talked to at customer service said it had to be within 90 days? But yeah I've only had it for maybe 8 months at the most. I will definitely send Rachael an email. Thank you so much!

for the 1st time we noticed the pearl grips on our mini were slightly loose...we tightened and will monitor...if this the worse thing that happens to us this year we in great shape...

Maybe they didn't realize it was the grips that came on the gun... That's our normal policy on accessories.
As for the upgrade, they would ask that you send the original grips back.
