Why does it take me 30 minutes to clean my NAA after each range visit...?

You would think since it's a fourth the size of most handguns, it would take a fourth as long to clean?

Revolvers are the worst having the face, chambers, and cone to clean.

Revolvers, of any type, have always seemed to take a bit long to clean as compared to automatics whenever I clean them. I?m really OCD about cleaning all my guns so I probably take longer than many people but I actually do enjoy cleaning them.

Well, we are rather meticulous when cleaning...our thought is a clean gun is much more likely to work if ever needed, and also will last much longer...we only field strip our guns, and the mini is easily broke down, but hard to hang onto when oily...I sometimes think of just putting the whole kit and kabouddle in some sort of bath (diesel, maybe?), and then wiping it off...I just know when we take several guns to the range it seems we spend quite a while cleaning afterwards, but I can't think of any legitimate shortcuts...

You could always put it in the dishwasher (without the grips, of course) or tape it to the hood at a no touch car wash.... ;D

Probably because they are so small is why they take so much longer to clean.  ;D

TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

Now that I think of it I did clean my Pug once then decided fodder knows best. ::)
you may not need it but you should have it

I never rushed the process of cleaning any of my revolvers.

Because you enjoy "fondling" them? lol!! They need attention!

It's great that you take them to the range and shoot them. So many only ride in a pocket and/or Holster and never get shot.

Keep up the good work/shooting and great cleaning!
