bw grip issues

Has anyone had problems removing the stock BW grips?  The screw in mine will not back and it feels stripped?  Thanks.

I'm just guessing, but if the screw is stripped then the grips should pull apart--perhaps you should call NAA.

Is the screw backed out some? If so, try pulling the grips apart. From what I remember when I took mine off, the screw wanted to stay stuck in the rubber, and the grip halves wanted to stick to each other.

Two things come to mind....

1) Threaded enscussion is spinning

2) Its actually unscrewed, the enscussion is backed out and grips are still stuck together. Kinda like surface tension. Carefully pry apart to see.

First time I removed mine the enscussion backed out. Second time I properly "seated" it with good tightening.
