Sorry for the delay in responding, Warty. I was counting the loose change I found under the couch cushions and the recliner. Next, I'll check the pockets in my old jackets and coats to see if there's anything there. Going out to the car in the morning to see what I can find under the seats. I've just got to find the $$ for this new Mini! Maybe by the time they are actually available, I won't be Santa-broke.

It does not appeal to me, but that is probably because I am a traditionalist. I want my revolvers to look like they were made in 1890, not in 2090. Still, it is always nice to see something new!

The 2 Rainbow minis arrived today. Like several others, they look better in person. The grips seem to "glow" almost. I could see me carrying one, but with different grips. I just got off the phone with a gentleman who was asking if I had one left. He wants it. Hopefully, they will sell better than I anticipated.

I have a new computer at the shop, so I'l try posting some photos. The first one is just the mini. These are growing on me. Yesterday, I just thought they are different. The more I see one, the closer I am getting to having one for a daily carry. The second pic is of the Rainbow gun in my holster I got from Dessert Gun Leather, which I carry my Wasp in everyday. The Purple thread really shows up with the purple grips! I like it!

Ever see any Purple Heart Wood? They would make good grips. Too bad my local wood store sells 8-10 boards, at a paltry $8.00 a foot! I'll find a short piece somewhere.

Yes I have Grayelky and it would make a nice set of grips for this one.  Maybe one day I can see if someone can help me and make a set of grips for me that I can afford, I have wood to send to them too.
